I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Worley (Khobar) in Apr 2017
Interview
The building is highly secured , I waited about an hour to get to the interviewer department. The interview started like any typical interview with introduce yourself and then the questions was mostly technical questions about the design . There are some general questions asking about my education and experience but mostly was technical.
I was interviewed by two managers of the process engineering team. They asked me half an hour of technical questions followed by another half hour of behavioral questions. Behavioral questions were strange and invasive (e.g. How many hours a day did you study each day at school? Did you have a very active social life? Do you use your mobile phone a lot?). One of the managers told me that other new graduate engineers at their company worked late nights and came in every weekend even if they had completed their required duties, and insinuated that I would be expected to do the same.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Worley (Houston, TX) in May 2014
Interview
HR called me first about the interview. Then department manager invited us for the site visit. Would have 3-4 sr engineer or manager interview you. No hard question. The process would take couple of months. For my case, it's 2 month.
