I applied online. I interviewed at Wolters Kluwer (Amsterdam)
Interview
The interviewer was really kind. He asked some general questions. Those question were about technical and soft skills. He was focusing to getting to know me detailed. I explained my previous experiences and share with him my most complex accomplishments.
After the whole steps I couldn't get an offer. However it was really good experience for me.

The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Wolters Kluwer in Jan 2021
Interview
This review is for the company Enablon in NL. This is one of the most disappointing interview experience of my life. Interview procedure is too lengthy. Video call with recruiter, 1 assignment that takes a lot of effort, 1 technical interview, 1 pair programming. Then the fun part, 30 minutes managerial interview. I cleared all the technical round and had really good interaction with the team. The managerial round is the worst. The manager has some specific question in mind and some specific answers. He does not like honesty rather has some text book expectation. If these random questions were so important, then they should do it in the beginning rather than at last. This saves a lot of time for the candidate and company. A good manager understands a employees strength and embraces his limitations. Helps him to overcome those. That is how you build a team.
