I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Walmart (Brampton, ON) in Jun 2018
Interview
It was unnecessarily long but fairly straightforward. There was the speed dating type of interview as well as a one-on-one component. They asked a lot those annoying questions such as "name one time you've encountered an obstacle in your life, as well as how tou overcame that obstacle". Despite the above, it is fairly easy to get in and was not very competitive.

Ok and great starter position. Would not recommend a career though. So maybe look somewhere else for that. Keep it straight forward and you will be fine. You don’t write essays .
