Process was drawn out much longer than expected and following interview, told I would be contacted once interviews were completed. Attempted to follow up multiple times and got an email over a month after the final interview stating "my offer has been rescinded". Not sure what offer because I never heard back. Poor communication

the interview was easy, but they said it was part time with a certain availability that could be accommodated, and then after i accepted the offer they told me that they needed someone with open availability who could work full time hours and fired me over the phone before i even had my first day
