Interview
Interviewed with 3 people who would be reporting into the position, thought it went well. Then interviewed with 2 more people together which was good and 2 more people separately. One of them was the person who was in the position and was leaving for a career change. I thought it was odd and felt the position may have caused her to leave. She asked if I understood that Walmart was the number 1 retailer and said she has big feet with big shoes to fill. I felt that she was not confident I would be the right fit.
Over the phone. Very comfortable. Starts with intros and goes into structured interview with set questions and finishes the interview with time for candidate to ask questions about job.
like most standards interview questions to go through the recruiting process. Be prepared is always the key. If interview goes well, the offer process is fast and simple onboarding as well.
