I applied online. I interviewed at Walmart (Rome, NY) in Jan 2026
Interview
I applied online, completed the application and 30 minute test. I received a call to set up an interview a few days later. I met a few managers and the team lead and they gave me a tour. They only asked about availability and if I've worked before.
I had a recruiter screening via email. After that, I had multiple panel interviews with three people each for about an hour. The whole process took about three weeks, then the position was put on hold.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you had to manage a project with conflicting priorities or stakeholders
It was very quick and to the point. General questions were asked. Such as why do you want to work here? Tell me about a difficult coworker etc…it depends on the location but on this one it was pretty straightforward
