Interview
You will have to take a virtual exam prior to being invited to a physical interview. Don't be surprised to wait for an interview as it depends on the site needs and timing. I had to wait for a year with monthly renewal of the application to maintain my interest. During the face to face interview, I was asked questions by the HR manager and the Maintenance OPS manager. There were technical questions, personnel questions, and situational questions.

The interview process was chill. Scheduled it and went in a week later. Was asked simple questions about why I want to work there and my availability. Got offered the job on the spot after the interview.
