The interview consisted of the supervisor giving me a tour of the refrigerator in the back of the store. She also asked me if o could lift 50 lbs. I was hired on the spot.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Walmart (Buckeye, AZ) in Dec 2022
Interview
The interview was very straight forward and more on a personal basis not work. I enjoyed the time i spent there but because of the people not the work. This job had very poor management and lazy employees often.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Walmart (Remo, VA) in May 2021
Interview
Easy and efficient. Communication was great and helpful. I will recommend to others. Big company to apply in many locations. Follow up and update your resume. Send a follow up email if no response.
