I applied online. I interviewed at Walmart (Long Beach, CA)
Interview
very simple and easy, got an email to come in and interview, came in store to interview which lasted maybe 15 to 20 minutes and was offered the job on the spot
The interview was a 2 round process where I had initial get to know you questions and a tour of the building the first round. The second round were more application questions and "tell me about a time..." questions.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you had to create an action plan to fix a problem.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Walmart in May 2025
Interview
A recruiter reached out to me a few weeks after I applied to this role. Then it was radio slience for another three weeks until a different recruiter reached out to me to schedule the loop interview. That was on May 14th and it has been radio silence since then. I know Walmart is going through layoffs/other changes but to have absolutely no communication about next steps a MONTH later is bonkers.
