I had first round of karat interview. They asked to pick some topics like java oops or testing or monitoring or performance usage etc Asked some couple of questions from two of the topics. Then two medium leetcode matrix problems and did not move forward.

Question 1
They asked about my previous experience and also java apis and design patterns. Then they asked about a system design problem.
It was good, all the interviewees (5) were sat at a table and there were two interviewers and we went through fake scenarios and described what we would do and hazards and such.
Pretty simple and to the point, questions are mainly about availability and ability to perform duties as needed with reasonable accomodations if necessary. Previous working experience may come up but for overnight stocking, it's mainly about your ability to work from start to finish under a time crunch.
