Easy, Straight forward. Not hard to get hired. Just be open and honest they will hire anyone. Don't stress it, very easy questions. Like I said, they will hire anyone
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Walmart (Atlanta, GA) in Feb 2024
Interview
Online interview that asks a bunch of questions and multiple scenarios given and have to answer in a way to show that I was competent. After that it was a waiting game.
They ask very general questions nothing too serious. I would not stress too hard about the interview. Make sure you wear at least business casual. Overall it's a very chill interview process.
