I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Walmart (Heights, TX)
Interview
Easy and fast. Simple questions and seems like a great place to work at. Place is clean and seems like a fun environment and would recommend to anybody looking for easy gig
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Walmart in Jul 2025
Interview
30 Minute pre-screen call followed by interview with recruiter and district manager(s)
Pre-screen call was straight forward questions getting to know you and your background. Why Walmart, some questions about your ideals and work ethic.
I am awaiting the second phase and will update this post.
It was an easy 30 min conversation about what the job entails. They also asked me about my previous job experiences and the like. My interviewer was a manager. I also met other employees that worked there.
