First, I applied. Then one week later, Walmart's People Lead called to schedule a virtual phone interview, which she called and ask couple basic questions, like can you perform the tasks that this position requires, also my availability. Then she told me to come in the next day for an in-person interview. I came in the next morning and was offered the position that day on the spot.
