Phone interview, very simple but professional. Spoke with someone who worked on the team I was to extern on, with plenty of time to ask questions and also received the follow-up rather quickly.
In the first round, each candidate gets 20 minutes each to demonstrate coding skills, system design ability, leadership qualities, problem-solving approach, decision-making process, communication clarity, and handling scalability and performance challenges.

Group interview setting, behavioral questions asked. Very relaxed and managers are kind and would give you time to think about your answer. About 30-45 minutes in length total I would say. Switched managers after each question.
