It went well. Smooth not too hard. There were two people. They asked me simple questions. Generic interview questions. Its walmart. If you work hard they will appreciate it. Just takes a while to advance.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Walmart in May 2023
Interview
initial online application, followed by a short phone call, than an in person interview with the manager. It was quite simple, just answer a few questions and be friendly. You got this!
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Walmart (Bridgeton, MO) in Apr 2025
Interview
The interview was easy, they gave me a walkthrough, asked me if I had previous Walmart experience (I had worked at Walmart for 2 years before interviewing). They explained each position to me and asked me if I had any questions about the job or about the positions.
