I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Walmart (Ten Mile, TN) in Nov 2017
Interview
They were short and didn't seem that interested in interviewing. Most of the detail about the position was brief. The person who interviewed me was nice but not very prepared. Most of the questions about pay, schedule, etc. I asked her, she didn't know. Nice for a short summer job.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Walmart (Mississauga, ON)
Interview
Its very easy, just basic questions. One should know there strengths and be a good communicator. They will ask about your availability, communication style and how you resolve issues and work ethics
applied online. phone call from manager who asks few questions on the phone then invites to irl interview then ask few more questions then phone call few days later to offer job.
Automated video interview, answer questions with a prompt. The questions are all basic questions that would typically be asked in a hiring recruiter screen. Didn’t seem very difficult and was very straight forward to complete.
