Walmart Cap 1 Associate interview questions

It was very simple and just consisted of an over the phone interview. It was a basic call with a Human Resource like person to talk about the position and what it would overall entail.

It was pretty easy and fast. I got a quick phone interview then a in-person interview 2 days later. Only asked me to tell her about myself and my schedule. There was a background check then you get your orientation date a few days later!
