They are asking just basic questions more like based on situation. How would you handle angry customer. What is your first priority at job etc. and ask some basic information about you and your experience.
I got a phone call to appear for an interview. I only had to have two interviews before the offer. Overall, it was an easy process and quick. It took about two weeks from start to finish.
