Walmart Associate interview questions

I knew someone in good standing at the store I applied at. Once my application was submitted online I told the associate at the store to tell the store manager. I was called that afternoon and came in for a 5 minute interview and immediately offered and accepted a job.

Fairly short. Asked three thought provoking questions. They hire on the spot. The position which you are interviewing for may not be the position they offer you. The interview is very laid back. They assume you are employable, and then discuss experiences to see if they should not hire you.
