Walmart Associate interview questions

Phone interview followed by a Skype chat. People skills are highly important for this role. Questions were mostly surrounding my prior work experience as an associate at Albertsons. They appear to interview many candidate some for just one opening; so not that easy given competition.

Super easy, basic questions, dont need much experience just be friendly, my uncle had a connection there so thats most likely why i got a call back. I declined the job because i got a different one
