Walmart Assistant Store Manager interview questions

You will have either an over the phone interview or an in person interview. Both would consist of about 10 questions. Some are scenario based, some are company knowledge based.

I applied online and received a phone call that day. I had a phone interview 2 days later, then a call for a interview the same week on a Friday. Monday I was offered the job. The interview were laid back and asked situational questions to get to know your leadership style and strengths.
