I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Walmart in Jul 2015
Interview
Took 3 months from online application to the interview.
Finally get the interview and 2 weeks to receive an email advising I've not been selected.
Was supposed to receive feedback from the interviewer and no one called back, even if I requested for feedback. Disappointing process. I know I maybe not have the "fit" for this company but after 3 months, a feedback would be appreciated.

I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Walmart (Minneapolis, MN) in Aug 2013
Interview
I showed up at an advertised job fair being held at a hotel conference room. We sat through about 4 hours of information. Afterward we had on the spot interviews with 2 different people. From there we were told that we would receive phone calls within a few days to confirm if we were hired or not. I got a call later that afternoon asking me if I was interested in working for Walmart.
