I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Walgreens (Chattanooga, TN) in Mar 2008
Interview
Dressed for success and turned in my resume at a 24hr store. Manager asked me a few questions and scheduled an interview a few days later. Asked situational questions and job experiences. Then he started talking about himself and all the money he makes. I acted like that was impressive. He told me that he would turn the results over to the DM.
A few days later I interview with the DM. Same questions. I thought it was easy. I started 2 weeks later.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Walgreens (Florence, KY) in Feb 2009
Interview
My interview was actually pretty simple, I simply went in the store in South Carolina, met with the store manager. From that point I spoke with the Pharmacy Manager she was very helpful throught the entire process of getting hired. Other than that it was a pretty simple easy interview.

The interview was given through the career planning and placement center at my college. It was a one on one basic interview. I was asked situational based questions and questions dealing with my previous employments. After the interview about two weeks later a letter was sent stating a second interview would be given to me because of the initial. At the current moment I am waiting for that interview to take place.
