I applied online. I interviewed at Turing (Bengaluru) in Apr 2022
Interview
In one word - pathetic
I applied and received a link to complete a test. Since I cleared the test I received a call.
Now this horrible because company should.
1. Schedule a call to discuss the role and clarify any questions so that we know that both hiring manager and candidate are interested to proceed.
2. Give insights on the interview rounds so that candidate can be prepared for.
What did Turing do?
They give random calls and ask random questions while I am in the middle of hectic work day.
Not even sure how manipulated and faked the job title vs job description was so of course would like to discuss over a video call.
Recruiters and candidates both end up wasting time because of such pathetic recruiters.

Question 1
Some interview test and my network is so bad on call that random questions I had to ask to repeat. Why not Zoom call and show your face and see my face?
Got rejection for BS no reason. I am the special one - Jose (that is like me).
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Turing in Dec 2021
Interview
Really easy-going, friendly people. Overall experience was very pleasant. Got a job offer within 3 weeks from the first interview with the company. First interview was with internal recruiter, 2nd with current manager and 3rd with senior director.
I applied online. The process took 12 months. I interviewed at Turing (Indore) in Apr 2022
Interview
Interviewed for the onboarding process. Gave two questions of medium difficulty to solve within half an hour. Second round was just cultural fit, nothing technical. Questions like remote experience and expected salary.
