Turing interview questions

In one word - pathetic I applied and received a link to complete a test. Since I cleared the test I received a call. Now this horrible because company should. 1. Schedule a call to discuss the role and clarify any questions so that we know that both hiring manager and candidate are interested to proceed. 2. Give insights on the interview rounds so that candidate can be prepared for. What did Turing do? They give random calls and ask random questions while I am in the middle of hectic work day. Not even sure how manipulated and faked the job title vs job description was so of course would like to discuss over a video call. Recruiters and candidates both end up wasting time because of such pathetic recruiters.
