TikTok Program Mgr interview questions

Standard process starting with Recruiter screen, followed by a hiring manager screen and wrapping with a panel. Interview coordination and scheduling is done through human interaction and not a software so it takes a few additional steps.

Completed one phone screen and two 1:1 interviews then completely ghosted by the recruiter. Not sure what is even going on. This was the 2nd role TikTok reached out to me for and ghosted me for. Why do they even bother?
