The interview process took around 6 weeks with 5 rounds in total: HR>Peer>Hiring Manager>Skip manager>HRBP, all focus on past experiences and behavioral questions. The interviews are not very structured but all interviewers were friendly.

There were 4 rounds over zoom. Seem promising at first but last round person didn't seem interested. Seems to have interviewed too many people prior. Never got to figure out what was wrong. Probably just too many candidates.
