Dreadful.
After a first phone interview, I chased multiple times for a response and was told to 'be patient'.
Miraculously in **4 months later** I got a callback and a video call was scheduled. The scheduling system is a mess, involving tentative emails from various people, replying to confirm, as well getting diary invites.
Then came the video interview with the recruiter, who was 10 minutes late. Who's team had scheduled me an interview with the hiring manager directly after, seemingly without their knowledge. I was left with 3 minutes to prepare for that interview.
After these two video calls I received no word, nothing, despite sending a follow-up, and then two chasing emails asking about the next steps. Finally, after three weeks of further waiting, I received an **automated** email late at night informing me I wasn't progressing in the process, with no offer of feedback. I at least would have appreciated a call or email highlighting some level of detailed feedback as to why I was unsuitable for the position.
If this is an indication of the culture and the way they treat employees I consider myself to have had a lucky escape.
It seems the left hand doesn't speak to the right hand at TikTok.
