Well it's Kinda ok... They doesn't give feedback easily and they won't update about your status easily. The process started with a recruiter/HR screening call focused on my background and application for Data Analyst. The recruiter explained the structure: first a background conversation, then technical/experience-based questions, followed by HR logistics (relocation, salary, authorization). At the end, I was able to ask questions.
