I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Texas Instruments
Interview
They first took a written test which consisted of three sections namely analog ,digital and aptitude . Depending on the performance in test they selected some students for both analog and digital profile and some for only one profile .Written test was tough. Then there was technical interview for shortlisted students .Interview was according to the profile a student was selected for. And finally HR round for the students who cleared technical rounds.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Layout of nand gate, setup and hold time related questions ,D flip flop using mux ,8:1 mux using 2:1 mux ,sizing of CMOS circuits, implementing logic function using only nand gates
Some questions related to C were also asked : typedef ,#define, structures ,pseudo code of palindrome , binary search and some puzzles and probability questions
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Texas Instruments (Bengaluru) in Jul 2016
Interview
Two rounds of Technical Interview and a HR round. First round had questions on Digital, (Analog too) and few questions on algo writing. They also asked to solve few of the questions given in the online test which we had for shortlisting for interview process. Second round consisted questions on algorithms and some basic boolean algebra and digital. People who got call for second round were selected. HR round was as usual, tell me about yourself type questions.

Question 1
Questions on Logic Design, Comp. architecture, static timing analysis, Latches, flip flops, CMOS, Mosfets, RC circuits, and few questions from C and Algorithms.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Texas Instruments (Ahmedabad) in Dec 2015
Interview
I applied through college. There was a written exam containing both analog and digital part and an aptitude part. Analog part had questions from RLC circuits mainly. BJT and CMOS. Digital part was more of VLSI basics, Had some combination of RLC and digital circuits. Mainly on transistor level, Counters, VHDL etc. I got shortlisted in digital. Got a telephonic round of interview.

Question 1
Questions were from digital VLSI, timing, C language, Computer Architecture. Difficulty was average. They will ask about projects etc. In the end they said it was an EDA developer job not a design job..
