Target Security Specialist interview questions

I applied online, they called and set up an interview at the Headquarters office I would be working at. When I arrived I met with an HR person who put me on a computer to take a personality test. Next I went upstairs to a video conference room and had a video interview with the head of the security department. Next I had the same interview with my future team leader. The next day I was called and offered the job and started 2 weeks later. The process was pretty easy going, the personality test was bizarre.
