I applied online. I interviewed at Target in Nov 2021
Interview
The initial interview is a prerecorded video of people asking you questions. You get three opportunities to re-record your answer. This takes off some initial pressures of normal interviews. I’m not sure how much an actual person is involved because I put in my resume and received the offer for this level of interview the day after. I did the video interview and received notification shortly after that I didn’t get the job.
Easygoing, simple questions about customer service and what would you do questions. Come prepared and it should go well. Some questions were related to Target as well but majority of them were about the position and how you handle certain situations.

I applied online. I interviewed at Target (Los Angeles, CA) in Sep 2020
Interview
The first interview was a recording interview of you answering situational based questions. You can retake the videos up to 3 times, which was very helpful and comforting to know. The second in-person interview was more situational based questions and helped the employers get to know you more as a person.
