I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Target (Omaha, NE) in Apr 2020
Interview
Started by talking about my availability and then reading the job description, which was for GM Expert (inbound, fulfillment, etc). Then she asked me the situational questions and then asked if I had any questions for her. Very quick interview, only 30 minutes. They’re trying to get seasonals in the door as fast as possible due to coronavirus.
I applied in-person. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Target (Dublin, OH) in Aug 2019
Interview
I applied to Target online. It was an easy and short application to fill out. They responded 2 days later and set up an interview the next day. I was interviewed by 2 different crew leads and was asked a bunch of scenario questions. They told me they’d send me an email of when the actual manager wanted to interview me. I got an email the next morning saying I was no longer considered for the role.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Target (West Covina, CA) in Nov 2017
Interview
I applied online and they called me about a week later to set up an interview. It took awhile for me to actually interview. I showed up 10 minutes early and was waiting about 30 minutes past my appointment time. However, the process was very straightforward, they asked about my availability and went straight into all the situational questions.
