I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Target (Dallas, TX) in Oct 2021
Interview
Due to Covid-19 it was virtual
The entire process was online - there was no actual live interaction other than a call from HR to confirm my interest
Applied online and submitted a video interview by answering three questions they provided. I received an offer within the week.

Interview
I applied online and got an email to do my interview through HireVue within the same week or two of my application. I had to record videos with my camera on, answering the questions they asked. This was easy for me since I typed down my answers and then looked at them as I did the videos. The questions were hard for me since it was my first job so it took me like 10 minutes to write a good response for all 6 or more questions to respond verbally so make a lot of time.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you exceed expectations at work? What is your best achievement at work? Tell me a time when you had to prioritize things over the other? What would you do if an angry customer became verbally abusive? If a customer couldn’t describe the product they were looking for, what would you do? Describe a time you were innovative on the job? Strengths and Weaknesses?

Interview
All online including interview and record yourself questions. Had to have a webcam and microphone, and had 3 attempts at 5 different questions. It was awkward and weird, especially being able to replay yourself.
