Target interview questions

Team lead brought me upstairs and asked me questions one on one. Most interview questions were related to socialization. This part of the interview lasted about 30 minutes. Then the store's HR brought me into a separate room and asked me a few more questions related to work availability and requested weekly hours. They hired me on the spot.

The interview process began with an initial interview where I was asked general questions about my background, experience, and why I wanted to work at Target. The second interview was with a team lead, providing an opportunity to discuss the role in more detail and for the team to get to know me personally
