The interview is a recorded video with standard retail questions such as "How do you work with different perspectives" "How would you greet a guest who needs help" and "Describe a time where you worked with others to achieve a common goal"

Two rounds of interviews, with two senior marketing individuals and direct manager. Interview friendly but thorough, focused on a lot of behavioral questions. Received follow up information throughout the process, final decision a week later.
