Why I wanted to work at the company and any relevant background experience to the position. Also lots of “What would you do if… *insert customer service scenario*?”
For my internship you start with an online interview answering questions into the camera. Then if they like you, you have a second interview that they send you a packet to prepare with. All of the questions are about what you do in a certain scenario. Majority are management/leadership questions.
very biased. they asked only technical questions to me whereas others got away with basic behavioural questions. it isn't a fair hiring process. depends on luck and the interviewer that you're assigned to.
