The interview process includes taking a long test. Even after I was told I would proceed to an on site interview, I was never called even after numerous messages to the Recruiter.

3 rounds, screening, aptitude, PI. PI had general questions about yourself and scenario based questions like what would you in that case. The interview may include a hiring manager and other team members and may include questions about your work experience, customer service skills, and how you handle difficult situations.
