Target Guest Service Representative interview questions

There were 2-3 round of interviews, but they were fairly quick and back-to-back if the manager was available. They asked about previous work experience and put you in common guest scenarios to see how you would respond to guests.

I applied online and had an in-person interview. I was interviewing for a cashier and then got a position as a Guest Service representative. The interview questions were based on customer service.
