Target Guest Service Representative interview questions

The interview process was easy and light hearted. I had to wait a while because he was running behind, but that was okay. IThe manager was very nice, briefly looked over the information I put on my application, checked my availability, and asked me a series of situational interview questions. I originally was interviewing for the Apparel Team Member, but the manager felt that my skills could be better utilized in Guest Services. Was offered a conditional job on the spot, spoke to HR, and then filled out an online questionnaire for a background check along with other information.

It was pretty easy. Typical interview questions and they can be found if you just google them. I had an interview with a few people and met some of the other managers.
