I recently interviewed for a customer service position at Target, and it was a positive experience overall. The process began with an easy online application, and I was contacted within a week to schedule an in-store interview. The hiring manager was professional and friendly, creating a comfortable atmosphere. The interview focused on customer service scenarios and behavioral questions, such as handling upset customers and working in a fast-paced environment. They were clear about job expectations and even discussed potential growth opportunities within the company. Overall, it was well-organized and left a good impression.
