I received a phone call to schedule a time for the interview on the day of interview I was taken back to staff area where I met with hiring manager she asked if I had any prior customer service experience and other behavior questions that seem to be fairly common
Answered questions online. Once selected to continue on in the process, someone contacted me to schedule a phone interview. If you pass the phone interview, they will call you in for an in person interview where you'll meet with the hiring manager and other team member.
