It was a one on one interview with the operation manager. I would require if you a dropping off your application to dress as if you are going to be interviewed that day. Thankfully, the day I dropped off my application I was interviewed the same day because my presentation was noticeable.

It was a simple process. They just wanted to know the basics about my background in customer service. It was a mass hiring event so there was alot of people applying at once. They moved us through the process efficiently.
