TJ Maxx Sales Associate interview questions

There was a preliminary phone interview, which was only two quesitons, and very informal, then an in-person interview. It was pretty standard, asking about past work experience and how you handle conflicts. They also made sure you were comfortable asking people to join the savings program.

Very straightforward, asked casual questions about me and my life. They also asked me about past experiences with jobs and what I bring to the table. Offered me the job on-spot.
