I applied in-person. I interviewed at TJ Maxx (New York, NY)
Interview
I got a job from westlake village tj maxx but i had to decline it because i just found out that my family and i are going to move to a different city. So when we moved and we already settled down. I applied to tj maxx menifee. At first I was confident that im gonna get the job. So i got a call and then they asked me if i can go to the store for an interview so i was pretty excited and happy. When i got to the store, i waited for my interviewer and then she finally called me in and we started the interview and then she only asked me like 4 questions only. She sounded like shes not interested with me and she's in a hurry. She didnt even ask me to fill something and something unlike the first interview i had from a different city. The lady that interviewed seems she's in a bad mood
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at TJ Maxx (Petaluma, CA) in Feb 2016
Interview
What I did not know, was that they constantly take applications for their talent pool, and are not always hiring immediately. So I submitted my application, then came back to the store to check the status, and was told that they weren't actively hiring. Then, about 5 days later, I received a call for an interview. The interview was very low-key. The assistant manager and another supervisory employee conducted it together. Within a few moments the assistant manager asked : "well, do you want the job?" I said yes, and here I am.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at TJ Maxx (Nashville, TN) in Jun 2016
Interview
Interview was about 30 minutes. I had to fill out a paper application. Asked basic questions about my resume and my interests, that's it. The pay wasn't enough. $10.50 for Merchandising. The store was pretty big but disappoint that pay is so low.
