I applied in-person. I interviewed at TJ Maxx in May 2017
Interview
Arrived at the location and waited for about 5 minutes for a manager to come to interview me. Interview was very easy. Manager asked simple non-complicated questions. I was told that I basically got the job but I had to wait for them to review my references to proceed to orientation.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at TJ Maxx (Santee, CA) in Mar 2017
Interview
The interview was quick. I interviewed with the assistant store manager and someone else while the store manager was on vacation. They didn't introduce themselves with their positions. No time was allowed nor did they ask if I had any questions. They said that if I didn't hear from them by Monday I should feel free to follow on Friday. They gave me no contact information with which I could contact than them or follow up. Very little information was shared about the company or the position.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at TJ Maxx (Cupertino, CA) in Jul 2013
Interview
I applied on paper and submitted in-store.
I was called in, and sat around, where i was interviewed by two different people.
They asked some questions about if I was able to do the job, and after we were done, I went home.
About 2 days later, they offered.
