Interview process was very easy. Just asked simple questions about previous experience and asked about how many people I had managed.
Declined offer because the pay was very low than what they had told me over the phone.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at TJ Maxx in Jun 2019
Interview
Easy process, helped to have a friend referral. Good part time job. Friendly managers, they asked about past work experience, integrity, career goals and education background. Advised of future career opportunities within the company. Pretty clear on job duties, merchandising, cashiering.
Basic interview questions and background check, nothing technical. The application was online and the interview was in person with the assistant store manager. She asked a variety of questions that you can find for any retail job.
