I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at TJ Maxx in May 2018
Interview
It was a group interview, which was rather unexpected. They asked us questions in turn, sometimes the same questions, sometimes different ones. A lot of the questions were based on scenarios and such.

Question 1
What would you do if you faced a difficult customer who wanted to see a manager?
I applied online. I interviewed at TJ Maxx (Lincoln, CA) in Jun 2021
Interview
Sit down, face-to-face, talking. Go casually dressed. It's not corporate. Manager's wear jeans, if they can fit into them. They will provide you perks of the job, because the pay is low and if you are a part-timer, you will stay well below 30 hours a week.
