Lengthy. Not to hard, asked fairly good questions . They could have been better with the type of questions asked. Overall, good interview and I leaned a lot from the process.
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at TJ Maxx (Cincinnati, OH) in Mar 2021
Interview
Virtual interview then met in person for a discussion. Super friendly staff and positive environment for an interview. Interview was more like a conversation, which was really nice. Discussed overall day to day duties and the job position.

Question 1
How will you support the positive atmosphere in our stores?
It’s was actually very easy and straight to the point. It’s not a long process it was like 15 mins 20 mins at most. They ask a few questions about your work history and your availability along with talking about what position you are interested in. First it’s a phone interview which is short too and then a in person interview.
