TJ Maxx Associate interview questions

I applied on summer time, after that it took like a month to hear from them, the manager asked me 3 questions and a week later I was told to come to orientation.

Interview was simple and quick. It only lasted about 15 minutes and they immediately contacted my references after I passed the interview. I was interviewed by an assistant manager and then later spoke to the store manager.
