TJ Maxx Associate interview questions

There was an initial interview with one manager, and a second interview immediately after once another manager had reviewed the notes from the first manager. There was a discussion of previous experience and preferences for working around the store, such as cash register experience.

It was pretty easy, enjoyed talking to the managers. Everyone was really nice. They asked me basic questions like “Why do you want this job?” The managers were nice and it was good.
